HOW IT WORKS:

• Purchase a SUAY IT FORWARD bag (each bag holds up to 20lbs of textiles)
• Upon purchase, you will receive a $20 SUAY credit to use on all SUAY remade apparel, home goods, overdye, and Community Dye Bath™
• We will send you an empty mailer bag to fill, along with a prepaid return label
• Fill your items into the bag (double check accepted items below!) +  seal it closed
• Put the return label on the outside and drop off at any USPS

ACCEPTED ITEMS:

• Clothing (holes, stains, and rips are ok!)
• Home goods (towels, sheets, other linens)

WE CANNOT ACCEPT:

• Footwear
• Undergarments, including socks
• Costumes
• Fills and inserts (comforters, pillows, pet beds)
• Rugs
• Anything unsanitary for reuse (body fluids, mold damage, etc)
• Fabric scraps smaller than 18”x18”

SUAY IT FORWARD is a fully circular textile recycling program that collects textile waste from the community, repurposing it into remade apparel and home goods by SUAY

Since its inception in 2017, SUAY has diverted over 4+ million pounds of textiles from landfills through this manually powered recycling process.
